Refunds

All sales are final at 303 Threads. However, a buyer may open a case with us if the item arrives and is defective, damaged, or not the item purchased. If the buyer receives such an item, the buyer can report it to us within 3 days of delivery.

Returns are not offered for:

  • Fit issues
  • No longer want the item
  • Delayed delivery

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When a case is opened, please email us pictures of the defective product. Once the return is verified, we will offer the buyer a full refund with instructions on how to proceed with the refund process.
